Terms and Conditions

You must be eighteen or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law, and the information you give us must be accurate. Keep your sign-in private: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if someone else uses it.

Programs combine coaching, nutrition guidance, live sessions on Zoom, recorded workouts, progress tracking and support. What your program includes, how long it runs and what it costs are set out in your MOU (program agreement) and payment link. We may change or stop parts of the service, with reasonable notice where we can.

Our programs are for generally healthy adults. Speak to your doctor before starting, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have had an eating disorder or a recent injury.

Our coaching, including meal photo feedback, is education and motivation, not medical, dietetic or therapeutic advice, and does not replace your doctor. Exercise carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and should stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or anything worrying.

Fees are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated. Pay in full, or in the instalments your MOU sets out, through our payment links. If a payment fails or is late we may pause your access until it is made. Price changes never affect a program you have already joined.

Cancellations and refunds follow your MOU.

Treat coaches, staff and other members with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination or abuse may end your program without a refund.

Do not share your account, record or share program content, sessions or videos without permission, try to access parts of the app that are not yours, or use the app for anything unlawful.

Workouts, videos, plans, guides and everything else in the app belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own program only.

Photos, logs and answers you add stay yours. You allow us to use them to run your program. We will ask for your separate written consent before using your photos, story or testimonial in marketing, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Your program runs for the period in your MOU. We may pause or end your access without a refund if you break these terms, give false information, do not pay, or harm our team or other members. When access ends, your information is kept or deleted as our Privacy Policy describes.

The app is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we do not guarantee a particular fitness or health result.

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You agree to cover our losses caused by your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to us first and we will try to settle any dispute within thirty days; after that, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will post the change here with a new date and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes; using the app afterwards means you accept them.

These terms, your MOU and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement. If one part is unenforceable the rest still applies. Events outside our control excuse delays they cause.
